• Art Morning - Only One You

  To celebrate our Darwin Value 'Self-helpability' the whole school joined in with an art morning that helped us consider the importance of mindfulness and positive messages. The project was based on a book called 'Only One You' by Linda Kranz, which encourages the children to think about the message, 'There's only one you in this great big world, make it a better place.'

  To match the illustrations in the book, the children designed and painted a fish onto a rock. These will be displayed in the playground.

  

• Summer Fair

• KS2 Musical Performance

  On Friday, all the children who have been learning to play the guitar and keyboard performed to parents and pupils.  Most performed in small groups or duos but some were brave enough to perform solos.  Well done everyone!
