  We had a brilliant time at Arthog just before the half term holiday. Here are some of the things that we got up to. 

  

• 6 miles complete for the Schools Half Marathon

  Children have received their wrist bands today for completing 6 miles of their half marathon.  Hopefully they will wear them with pride!!  Quite an achievement.

  

• Gymnastics results

  Wonderful results for both gym teams from the Shrewsbury School Games.  The A team placed 2nd in the A competition and our B team won the B competition.  That team will now go on to represent Shrewsbury at the County School Games on 5th March.  They will have to learn an additional body management routine. 

  

• Year 5/6 Cross Country at Shrewsbury School Games

  An amazing effort from all the pupils who took part in the cross country.  A special mention to Louis Roberts who placed 6th in the Year 5 boys race. 

  

• Schools Half Marathon - week 5. Keep on runnning!

• Gymtastic!!

  A massive well done to the ten girls from year 3 and 4 who competed in the School Games Gymnastics Competition.  They all learnt and peformed a floor routine and vault, and received a bronze, silver or gold certificate. Fantastic effort and determination from the whole team.  Super proud.
