• Chinese New Year Celebrations

  The whole school have celebrated the Chinese New Year.  We decorated the hall, had a special Chinese lunch and then had a dragon dance on the playground.  What a great day!

  EYFS spent the day making dragon masks, tasting noodles, doing a dragon dance and counting and writing Chinese numbers.

  

• Continued gymnastics success for KS2 teams

  Ten girls from year 3 and 4 competed in the KS2 gymnastics competition today - performing both a vault and floor routine.  All of the girls performed amazingly well, doing both themselves and the school proud.  Yet again, we walked away with an outstanding number of golds and silvers.  We are now waiting to find out if either of the teams, have been successful in being selected for the County School Games - fingers crossed!!

  

• Our day with Artist, Rory McCann

  Renowned Artist, Rory McCann led a whole school assembly, discussing his life and artistic journey. He then worked alongside KS1 pupils in Porthill, Meadow and Severn-What a great day!
