• NSPCC Sponsored Workout

  On Friday 26th May, the whole school took part in a sponsored workout in aid of the NSPCC. We raised an incredible £1716 for this fantastic cause. Thank you and well done everyone.

  

• Girls Football Tournament at Greenfields Primary School

  Fri 26 May 2017 Miss Pharo

  The Girls football team enjoyed the short trip to Greenfields Primary School for the Crossbar Cup.
  We played against four other teams and the results were -

  Mount Pleasant 3 - 0 Oakmeadow

  Greenfields 0 - 0 Mount Pleasant

  Mount Pleasant 1 - 2 St. Georges (last minute winner from St Georges!)
  Belvidere 0 - 1 Mount Pleasant

   

  Overall the girls finished 3rd in the group with Greenfields beating us to 2nd place by one goal!

  The girls were all fantastic, the team work was excellent and they showed great sportsmanship to all teams.

  Well done girls.

  

• NSPCC Sponsored Workout

  The whole school took part this afternoon in a sponsored workout in aid of the NSPCC.

  It was a sweltering day but the children really worked hard, showing their 'stickability', supported by the Y5 and Y6 team leaders. Photos to follow.

  A big thank you to the 42 people who have signed up for our School Lottery so far. We are currenty on course to raise around £1000 for the school this year.

   

  Anyone can register and support us so we would love parents, staff, relatives and members of the local community to join in.

   

  The lottery is drawn on a weekly basis, with a guaranteed prize for one lucky ticket holder. The more people who buy tickets, the bigger the prize! Ticket holders also get the chance to win £25,000 in a separate draw. You can buy tickets for £1 each on an 'as and when' basis by debit/credit card or create a direct debit and automatically purchase a ticket each week.
