• Decorate a bauble competition

  We are running a decorate a bauble competition. The wooden baubles will be on sale in the playground after school from Monday 18th November to Friday 22nd November and at our Festive Fair on Wednesday 20th November. These can be taken home and decorated then brought back to school by Friday 29th November. 

   

  We have some fantastic prizes for the winning bauble from each key stage.

  Thank you to everyone who bought Children in Need merchandise and came to school in their pyjamas to raise money! The children and grown ups had a fantastic day and to top it off we raised a HUGE £468.08!

• Laches Wood - Year 5 2019

  Year 5 children had a fantastic time at Laches Wood. They had a go at biking, caving, indoor and outdoor climbing, high rope activities and bushcraft activities which included making dens and having a camp fire. The children all challenged themselves and achieved a lot over the three days. Excellent behaviour shown by all.

• Autumn Art and Pumpkin Carving competition update

  A massive thank you to everyone who entered our Autumn Art and Pumpkin carving competitions at the end of last term. This raised a massive £101!

  The money will be going towards buying a forest school shelter, we wouldn't be able to do this without all of your continued support.

  Thank you to all of the parents from Abbey and Darwin classes who came along to this mornings PIE event. The children really enjoyed it and we hope that the parents found it helpful and enjoyable too!

  

• Festive Fair

  It's nearly time for Festive Fair! See the posters for more information on the stalls and activities that will be at the Fair as well as details on which donations we are looking for.

• Year 5/6 football

  Well done to children in Y5/6 who took part in the 'Champions League Trophy' football tournament at Greenfields on Friday afternoon. They made it through to the final and won on penalties!! Fantastic team work shown.

  We had a great turn out on Friday for our 'Reading Together' event for Nursery, Abbey and Darwin classes. The children and their parents enjoyed sharing stories together.
