Thank you to everyone who has already donated towards Gabriel bravely having his hair cut to raise money for the school.

The hair is also going to be donated to a fantastic charity, The Hayley Higginson Foundation, who make wigs for cancer patients.
As a school we are very proud of Gabriel and the brave decision that he has made. To donate please visit www.schoolmoney.co.uk - minimum donation has been set at £1 but this can be altered to any amount.

It's that time of the week again! As it is PD day tomorrow, we had Hot Chocolate Day early. Our 10 fantastic children this week were chosen for some of the following reasons:
"Fantastic home learning on Peru and making bread, as well as trying hard with her written work which doesn't always come easily."
"For being a kind and gentle friend, helping others and always being ready for learning."
"For completing all the home learning tasks linked to the Anglo-Saxon topic."
"For improved focus and enthusiasm for learning this term."
Well done! We hope everyone enjoys a well deserved day off tomorrow!
Another 10 children were selected on Friday to enjoy hot chocolate and biscuits with Mrs Benge. There were some lovely reasons for children being selected-
"For always being ready to learn and eager to participate"
"For showing an overwhelming enthusiasm for reading! A real role model."
"For being kind when some of his peers were feeling unwell."
"For fantastic stickability leading to an improvement to his handwriting - learning to join."
Well done to all of the chosen children for going above and beyond!
