Governors' Star Writers

The summer term writing competition saw us going a bit crazy! We watched a video of a diving competition. However, Tom Daley wasn’t taking part; the contestants were GIRAFFES!

 

We then had to imagine being a giraffe and write about something unusual that might happen when no humans were around to see…
 
The writing skill we were focusing on was using a variety of punctuation correctly.
