Our vision and values are at the core of everything we do. They underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, happy citizens. Not only do we promote British Values but we also have our own set of school values - 'Darwin Values'. These values are shared across the school and pupils are motivated and keen to demonstrate through their actions and words that they aspire to achieve and conduct themselves by these principles too.
This is a school where the children are given every opportunity to learn skills for life and reach their potential. We have high expectations and give support and challenge to ensure success for everyone. We believe in striving to foster the talents of all pupils; in working hard to get results; that problems can be overcome and that we should seek to enjoy ourselves each day.
